Industry: Racking, Warehousing and Logistics

Are you a driven field sales professional with experience in the racking, warehousing, or logistics? 

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead growth across the Malaysia for our industry-leading range of racking systems and automated products.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading new business development and account management
Selling into warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and industrial end users

• Who We’re Looking For:
  Proven sales experience in racking, warehousing, and automaed products
  A self-starter who can manage a large region independently
  Confident conducting site visits and creating specifications
  Hungry for growth – personally and professionally

Job Requirements

- Prospect & acquire new clients, close deals tohit sales targets

-Design customized warehousing/automation solutions with our tech team

-Nurture client relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

- Analyze market trends & competitor activity in Malaysia

Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics/Mechanical Engineering or related

- 2+ years' sales experience in racking/storage/automation (Malaysia market) preferred

Fluent in English & Malaysian(written/spoken);Mandarin is a plus

Strong negotiation, presentation & interpersonal
