  ✍️ What You'll Do

•  Write engaging copy for social media posts, captions, ad copy, email campaigns, and blogs
•  Plan and manage content calendars for multiple brands across different platforms
•  Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience insights to inform strategy
•  Brainstorm campaign concepts and content ideas with the creative and strategy teams
•  Write and optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms
•  Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and visuals work seamlessly together
•  Monitor content performance metrics and learn what drives engagement and conversions
•  Experiment with AI writing tools to enhance productivity and creativity
•  Adapt brand voice and tone across different platforms and audiences

Job Requirements

🔍 What We're Looking For

•  Student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
•  Excellent writing skills with strong command of English (Malay/Mandarin is a bonus)
•  Passionate about social media, storytelling, and digital content trends
•  Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their unique content styles
•  Detail-oriented with good organizational skills for managing multiple content projects
•  Curious about how content strategy drives business results and campaign performance
•  Quick learner who's comfortable using content management tools and AI writing assistants
•  Creative thinker with a strategic mindset — someone who asks "why" and "what if"
•  Writing samples recommended (blog posts, social media content, essays, or personal projects — we want to see your voice!)
