Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

- Acquire and secure merchants, negotiate competitive offers, and structure partnerships that meet client requirements.

- Achieve personal KPI of 15 permanent merchant agreements per month and lead the team to meet the same target.

- Drive brand partnerships that enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to the Business Development Team, ensuring collaboration and performance excellence.

- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to SOPs, deadlines, and compliance requirements.

- Monitor deal quality, business processes, and client deliverables, ensuring the highest standards of integrity.

- Prepare and maintain management reports (Merchant Master List, weekly updates, monthly commissions).

- Develop strategies to strengthen merchant engagement, retention, and long-term partnerships.

- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand merchant networks.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or merchant acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales/partnership KPIs.

- Experience leading and motivating a team to deliver results.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and new opportunities.

- High level of integrity and professionalism in all business dealings.
