Duties and Responsibilities 

• Plan, propose and negotiate with merchants or retailers for deals, privileges, rewards or promotions that are in line with our client’s marketing campaigns and requirements.
• Working on our client’s loyalty program through partnership and collaborations with merchants.  Duties include : Identify suitable merchants; communicate and present campaigns to merchants; negotiate with merchant for best deals; obtaining a signed agreement and other related activities.
• Attend to merchants’ queries and concerns, communicate with them effectively and timely, providing them with accurate information on the marketing campaigns.
• Prepare report on the campaign or program as required by the management and the client.

• Candidate ideally should possess a Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Mass communication or any related field.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English, oral and written
