What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you will:

• Identify, approach, and negotiate with merchants and retailers to secure deals, privileges, or rewards in line with client marketing campaigns.
• Support client loyalty programs by sourcing suitable merchant partners, presenting campaign ideas, and securing commercial agreements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for merchants and ensure timely, accurate communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Prepare reports and performance summaries for internal and client use.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role involving negotiation or partnership development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in presenting to and engaging with decision-makers
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Note: High-potential fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience may also be considered.

 Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
