Job Description
Manage and respond to customer enquiries on TikTok Shop, Shopee
Manage product listings on Shopee and TikTok Shop — update pricing, stock, descriptions, and photos
Coordinate with the team on stock availability and packaging
Handle customer complaints and returns professionally
Monitor competitor pricing and promotions and feedback to the team
Run and manage Shopee and TikTok promotions, vouchers, and flash sales
Process and monitor orders — ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery
Job Requirements
Active user of Shopee and TikTok — understands how both platforms work as a buyer and seller
Right to Work Requirements
