SERVICE CREW

Job Description

Shift opening duties – cleaning, FOH outlet preparation.

Greet and usher customers.

Take order and key order onto POS system.

Attend to customers and provide table service.

Serve food and drinks to customers.

Ensure all sales and payment are accurate. Ensure all collections are tally at the end of shift.

Clear tableware, clean and wipe the table and counters.

Ensure the outlet is always clean and neat.

Shift closing duties – cleaning and rubbish disposal. 

Assist in other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Management.

Requirements

Have a pleasant and friendly attitude.

Good hygiene and clean.

Able to converse in English.

Helpful and a team player.

Good customer service.
