Job Description
As our full-time Retail Assistant, you will work closely with the Nateskin sales team to operate our retail outlets around Klang Valley. (1Utama, Suria KLCC, Sunway Pyramid, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Midvalley Megamall)
Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate Nateskin’s products
- Listen and understand customers' wants and needs to recommend suitable products.
- Engage in meaningful interactions and build relationships with customers.
- Constantly build product knowledge and actively share this knowledge to existing and potential customers
- Work closely with Managers to meet monthly sales targets.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Give recommendations to managers for areas of improvement of sales tactics, on-going promotions, and product improvement.
- Provide training to future sales staff
- Be required to work on some weekends and Public holidays during a pop-up week
- Handle merchandise display
- TikTok and Reels: To be involved with some TikTok/IG Reels content, when required.
- Any other special projects or assignments that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the Company.

Job Requirements
- No minimum qualification is needed. We hire based on your personality and values.
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to effectively communicate and explain our products to potential customers.
- Have access to your own car to get around different retail locations.
- An insatiable curiosity and knowledge about all things sales and communications.
- A sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existing team
