Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Brand & Packaging Design

• Create on brand packaging, labels, and in store visuals that meet regulatory and print specifications.
• Develop brand assets and templates to keep product ranges visually consistent.

Digital & Social Content

• Design social media posts, banners, and simple animations tailored to campaign goals and platform formats.
• Convert packaging artwork into digital assets and collaborate with marketing on content planning.

Production & Coordination

• Prepare print ready files and coordinate with printers and suppliers to ensure quality and delivery on schedule.
• Maintain version control and asset libraries to keep launches organised and efficient.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or an equivalent portfolio.
• 0 years experience, fresh graduates are welcome with a strong portfolio of personal or academic work.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for layout and image work.
• Familiarity with social media creative formats and basic print file setup, including colour modes.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication and teamwork to align with marketing and production partners.
• Curious, reliable, and open to feedback while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
