Job Description

• Principal responsibilities encompass providing exceptional designs, customer service, business development and sales performance. Work closely with all stakeholders including clients, internal and external teams to develop and achieve target goals.
  
• Must possess passion, creativity and meticulous in generating detailed plans, ingenious 3D designs, visual proposals and presentation materials to convince clients
  
• Skillful on design concepts, material usage, innovative and winning design and other requirements to realize projects from client.
  
• Sensitive and responsible in a team to meet and exceed sales target and annual revenue goals.
  
• Well-versed to develop itemized cost estimates and quotation/Bill of Quantity/proposals for superior approval prior to clients’ approval.
  
• Exhibit depth of knowledge and technical know-how and requirements, forward planning and ability to anticipate issues during work execution at site.
  
• Have wisdom and pleasant personality, quick response, competent to discuss and convince clients to understand and accept proposals and works.
  
• Experienced to establish rapport and collaborate with architects, contractors, suppliers, clients and other professionals to ensure project executions and timely delivery.
  
• Shall attend to incoming changes, requests, urgency or any ad-hoc work-related matters during off-working hour.
  
• Possess site supervision skills to ensure subcontractors meet approved design criteria and quality standards, enforcing site rules to ensure that all requirements of the property’s drawings and plans meet at the agreed timelines.
  
• Safekeep and maintain all records of communications, project details, approvals and expenses etc.
  
• Other function that may add-on during the course of your work as performed and required to be performed by your department.
  
• Work under minimum supervision, self-starter, results over-achiever, possess leadership skills, wise decision maker and communication skills to led projects to completion.

Job Requirements

• Open only for Malaysian.
  
• Possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Town Planning or Quantity Surveyor or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of experience in interior design for commercial spaces eg., restaurant, office, school, hotel & resort, multipurpose hall & landscape.
  
• Required Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin for Chinese candidate)
  
• Creative and well-versed in AutoCAD, Enscape, D5, SketchUp, Animation, AI, Windows etc
  
• Knowledge in Detailing / Experience at Worksite
  
• Able to work outstation projects within Malaysia/outside Malaysia
  
• Candidate must be willing to work near Kota Kemuning or Bandar Rimbayu.
