 Job Summary

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong visual and creative skills to design uniforms and corporate merchandise.
This is a design-focused role, where you will prepare mock-ups, artwork, and visual presentations for clients.

In addition to design work, you will support client communication and basic sales coordination to ensure customer requirements are clearly translated into production-ready designs.

Key Responsibility

1.Graphic Design (Core Role)

• Design uniforms and apparel based on customer briefs
• Prepare mock-ups, artwork, and visual presentations for client approval
• Advise on colours, fabric options, logo placement, sizing, and finishing
• Ensure all designs meet quality and production standards
• Work closely with production to ensure design accuracy 

2. Client & Sales Support

• Communicate with customers regarding design requirements and revisions
• Support sales team with design proposals and quotations
• Assist in handling customer feedback and after-sales design support
• Coordinate basic order details, timelines, and delivery information 

3. Project Coordination

• Track design approvals and project timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, warehouse, logistics)
• Maintain proper records of designs and orders

4. Other Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, ISO 9001, GDPMD, and other applicable standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

• Open only for Malaysian.
• Possess Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Illustration or related field
• Required Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin for Chinese candidate)
• Creative and well-versed in Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent software etc
• Strong sense of layout, colour, and visual presentation
• Experience in apparel, uniform, or merchandise design is an advantage
• Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams
• Basic sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge in Excel, Words and Powerpoint is an added advantage
• Willing to work at Telok Panglima Garang HQ
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley when required
• Willingness to travel to our client and subsidiaries around Klang Valley area.
• Candidate must be willing to work near Kota Kemuning or Bandar Rimbayu.
