Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Design: Craft compelling design concepts and detailed drawings that bring projects to life.
• Coordinate with Precision: Ensure seamless integration of interior design, structural, architectural, and M&E elements through vigilant design coordination.
• Site Leadership: Conduct site planning, inspections, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while maintaining top-notch quality control.
• Detail-Oriented Oversight: Supervise the creation of construction drawings, site verification, and control measurements with a keen eye for detail.
• 3D Expertise: Utilize 3D Max to create stunning 3D visualizations that showcase your design vision.
• Material Selection: Choose and present materials and sample boards that align with the project’s aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Collaborative Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and carpenters to ensure timely project completion and adherence to high standards.
• Team Leadership: Head and inspire our design team, fostering a collaborative and creative office environment.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in interior design or related disciplines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max with V-Ray, and Photoshop.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and team members.
• Personal Traits: Strong communication skills, with an analytical and creative mindset. Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
• Location: Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
• Transport: Own transport is required for site visits and meetings.
