Job Description

Accounting Support:

  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Maintain financial records with accurate data entry.
  • Aid in reconciling bank statements and verifying financial transactions.
  • Support in preparing financial reports and presentations.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls, including petty cash.
  • Ensure proper processing and recording of supplier invoices and purchase orders.
  • Prepare part-time payments.
  • Process bank deposits and update accounting records in the system and Excel.
  • To make sure AR is up to date. To chase payment for outstanding client. 

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries professionally.
  • Aid in inventory management and procurement processes
  • To do packing for event team before event day
  • To clean up event items after event
  • To handle shopee & lazada company account
  • Able to multitask to support event team and management team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in accounting or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel & Word), Cloud online systems such as Google Drive and OneDrive.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Financio is an added bonus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working paperless as all our systems are online.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Having your own transport is an advantage.
