Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Create 3D designs based on different festive seasons, mall characteristics, and layout, including thematic build up and overall atmosphere development.
2. Ability to produce realistic renderings and familiarity with the entire process from design to implementation; knowledge of materials, techniques, and safety standards.
3. Communicate effectively with clients to achieve their objectives.
4. Handle diverse design tasks including IP character design, visual design, landscape design, feature points, sculptures, and lighting enhancements.
5. Participate in mall layout and circulation planning to enhance the consumer shopping experience.

Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00

Work Location: Puchong (Office-based, required to work from the office daily)

Job Requirements

1. Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or a related field.
2. Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software; able to produce construction drawings based on designs.
3. 3 years and above of relevant experience in commercial visual design, with a successful portfolio of design cases.
4. Awareness of international and local design trends; possesses good aesthetic sense, imagination, and creativity; capable of working independently and efficiently.
5. Familiarity with decorative materials, techniques, and construction processes; ability to manage time effectively and control costs is preferred.
6. Detail-oriented, with strong communication and comprehension skills; a team player, responsible, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
