Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from pre-event to post-event.
2. Support event budgeting, expense tracking, and contract management.
3. Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and part-time staff to ensure smooth operations.
4. Manage event registration, attendee needs, and on-site troubleshooting.
5. Assist with event entertainment, technical requirements, and special requests.
6. Support post-event evaluations, reporting, and documentation.
7. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in event management or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and cloud systems (OneDrive/Google Drive).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
• Own transportation.
