Northern Creation is an innovative event management company that turns occasions into unforgettable experiences. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Event Executive to manage and execute events from start to finish. 

This position is ideal for someone from an event agency background who is confident in handling multiple projects, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end event execution, from planning to post-event wrap-up
• Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations
• Oversee on-site operations and handle any issues during event execution

2. Project & Documentation Management

• Prepare event-related documentation including proposals, quotations, timelines, and reports
• Maintain proper project tracking and ensure all deliverables are completed
• Coordinate internal workflows to ensure smooth project execution

3. Client & Vendor Coordination

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, liaising professionally and maintaining strong relationships
• Understand client requirements and ensure their expectations are met
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth delivery
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiation, and execution

4. Budget & Timeline Management

• Assist in budgeting and ensure cost control for events
• Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met

Job Requirements

• A minimum 3 years of experience in event management, including client liaison, proposal, and quotation preparation
• Strong client-facing skills with proven ability to communicate and maintain professional relationships
• Tech-savvy with strong digital and creative tool proficiency (Microsoft Office Suites, Canva, AI tools, etc.)
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
• Own transportation
