Job Description (job assigned are not limited to the list below):

• Handling and assigning day to day production of goods to cooks 
• Ensuring day to day operations comply the company’s and governing bodies’ standard procedures
• Maintaining quality control, hygiene, and health and safety according to MeSTI and Jabatan Kesihatan Malaysia standards
• Reviewing and constantly improve on current production materials and methods
• Handling day to day paperwork within deadlines
• Communicate with warehouse supervisor on products’ stocks or variances
• Managing in costing, stock control and ordering for the production kitchen
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality of food productions
• Liaising with clients for OEM products’ R&D and samples
• Solving and correcting operations issues (i.e. food quality, machinery maintenance and fixing, etc) 
• Helping in any area of the company when circumstances dictate.

Job Requirements

Requirement

•   Experience in managing hot food production or kitchen in the industry (atleast 2years)
•   Knowledgeable in rules and regulations from governing bodies in the F&B line
•   Computer literate or atleast knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
•   Creative in solving issues/problems
•   Has ownership in his/her work
•   Able to lead without tight supervision
•   Passionate in the field
