Job Description

 

  1. To coordinate and managing all incoming inquiries, feedback, and complaints from purchasers and residents.
  2. Attend to purchasers' defect complaints related to their individual units.
  3. Coordinate and monitor contractors' daily defect works within units to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.
  4. Communicate clearly with purchasers on work status, follow-up schedules, and expected completion timelines.
  5. Act as the main point of contact at site for defect-related matters from unit owners or residents
  6. Update and maintain defect records in the system or manual tracking sheets, including photos, remarks, and completion dates in defect management software.
  7. Provide weekly reports on defect status, outstanding issues, contractor performance and completion timelines.
  8. Conduct joint inspections with owners, contractors, and internal teams to verify rectified defects.
  9. Supervise and coordinate the VP process, including unit inspections, key handovers, briefing sessions, and defect submissions.
  10. Liaise closely with project, M&E, and contractors for on-site coordination and rectification works
  11. Ensure all contractors follow safety rules and worksite cleanliness during defect rectification.
  12. Attend to urgent unit complaints, especially those affecting habitability (e.g., major leaks, power trip).
  13. Ensure compliance with all SOPs, company policies, and relevant property regulations.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in Customer Service (property management)
  • Previous experience in a CRM or customer-focused role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
