<li>To coordinate and managing all incoming inquiries, feedback, and complaints from purchasers and residents.</li>
<li>Attend to purchasers' defect complaints related to their individual units.</li>
<li>Coordinate and monitor contractors' daily defect works within units to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with purchasers on work status, follow-up schedules, and expected completion timelines.</li>
<li>Act as the main point of contact at site for defect-related matters from unit owners or residents</li>
<li>Update and maintain defect records in the system or manual tracking sheets, including photos, remarks, and completion dates in defect management software.</li>
<li>Provide weekly reports on defect status, outstanding issues, contractor performance and completion timelines.</li>
<li>Conduct joint inspections with owners, contractors, and internal teams to verify rectified defects.</li>
<li>Supervise and coordinate the VP process, including unit inspections, key handovers, briefing sessions, and defect submissions.</li>
<li>Liaise closely with project, M&amp;E, and contractors for on-site coordination and rectification works</li>
<li>Ensure all contractors follow safety rules and worksite cleanliness during defect rectification.</li>
<li>Attend to urgent unit complaints, especially those affecting habitability (e.g., major leaks, power trip).</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all SOPs, company policies, and relevant property regulations.</li>
</ol>
