Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account & Finance Intern to support daily financial operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and administrative tasks within the finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems 
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes 
• Help prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports 
• Assist in bank reconciliation and basic bookkeeping 
• Organize and maintain financial records and documents 
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities 
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries 
• Liaise with internal departments for financial documentation 
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance team

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 
• Good communication and organizational skills 
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
