Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Project Support

• Support for Project team

Finance & Accounting

• You will help process basic accounts payable and receivable tasks and prepare ledger entries and simple reconciliations.
• You will support month end close tasks and prepare clear summaries for the finance lead.

Reporting & Administration

• You will prepare concise financial summaries and update project reports for weekly reviews.
• You will keep digital and physical records organised to support audits and internal checks.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• You are enrolled in or have recently completed a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field.
• You can commit to a minimum 3 to 6 month internship that is related to project and finance account work.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• You have basic Excel skills, including tables and simple formulas, and are comfortable using spreadsheets for tracking.
• You understand fundamental accounting tasks such as invoicing, reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• You are organised with strong attention to detail and able to keep accurate records.
• You communicate clearly with site teams and the finance department and are eager to learn and take direction.
