Job Summary

The Project Intern will assist the project team in coordinating, monitoring, and supporting construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily site activities and project progress.
   
• Support preparation of project documentation (reports, minutes of meeting, progress reports).
   
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
   
• Assist in site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
   
• Support in material tracking and inventory monitoring.
   
• Help update project schedules and track timelines.
   
• Perform administrative tasks related to project management.
   
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in:
   
• Civil Engineering
   
• Construction Management
   
• Quantity Surveying
   
• Project Management or related field
   
• Basic knowledge of construction processes.
   
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
   
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Project is an added advantage.
   
• Good communication and coordination skills.
   
• Willing to work on-site if required.
