Job Description

Project Planning and Scheduling:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Establish project budgets and monitor expenditure to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with Property Project team, consultants, and other stakeholders to finalize project requirements and deliverables.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, manage, and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Assign roles and responsibilities to ensure optimal performance and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration on-site.

Execution and Monitoring:

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Monitor progress against the project schedule and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to identify and address any issues proactively.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the Property Project team and the Construction team.
  • Conduct regular meetings to provide updates on progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including Property Project team, consultants, authorities, and vendors.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
  • Manage the testing and inspection of materials and structures to ensure adherence to specifications.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present weekly project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and any significant challenges.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records for future reference.

Job Requirements

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a construction company.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering industrial park projects or similar large-scale developments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with contract administration and financial management.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
