Job Description

As a Junior Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer, you will be the backbone of our technical operations. You will play a dual role: ensuring our customers’ digital assets are shielded through our offerings and maintaining the high-performance cloud infrastructure that powers them. This is a "hands-on" role perfect for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 3 years of experience who is eager to touch every part of the tech stack.

Job Requirements

• Work Experience: 0–3 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Provide proactive technical support to clients, identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective, long-term solutions rather than just "quick fixes."
• Infrastructure & Asset Maintenance: Assist in managing a diverse infrastructure stack, including virtual machines, physical servers, network devices, and storage arrays, through both virtual management and physical upkeep of data center assets.
• Documentation: Maintain high standards for the technical team by documenting all configurations and creating clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Physical Requirements: Participate in material handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, or moving equipment up.
• Safety & Equipment: Operate safety equipment including limited weight-bearing work platforms, ladders, and step stools, and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) like safety harnesses in strict accordance with ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Working Hours: Maintain a standard schedule of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the flexibility and willingness to accommodate out-of-office hours work when critical maintenance or emergency support is required.
• Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP, networking in general and common operating systems (Windows Server/Linux) is essential.
• Professional Growth: Demonstrate a high level of "learnability" and a proactive attitude toward mastering new cloud and infrastructure technologies.
