Full Stack Engineer (Remote) 
&nbsp;We're a fast-moving startup seeking a growing full stack developer who's eager to learn and contribute to complex projects.&nbsp;
Beyond solid technical foundations in Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, and React ecosystems, we need someone who:

Role Overview&nbsp;
In this remote role, you'll work closely with senior engineers while gaining increasing responsibility for feature development. You'll have opportunities to:

<li>Learn to translate business requirements into technical solutions with guidance</li>
<li>Contribute to identifying and resolving issues before they impact the business</li>
<li>Help build scalable foundations while delivering immediate business value</li>
<li>Develop skills in prioritization and project management</li>
<li>Participate in technical debt discussions and learn decision-making frameworks</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Contribute to features end-to-end: from implementation through testing and deployment, with support on technical design and monitoring</li>
<li>Collaborate on technical decisions while learning to communicate tradeoffs and rationale</li>
<li>Build maintainable code that follows established patterns and can evolve with business needs</li>
<li>Contribute to technical improvements across the stack with guidance from senior team members</li>
<li>Learn from code reviews and help maintain high standards for code quality and engineering practices</li>
<li>Balance feature delivery with learning opportunities in system design and architecture</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>2-4 years of full stack development experience, with demonstrated ability to deliver features independently</li>
<li>Experience contributing to significant projects or features</li>
<li>Growing understanding of code quality, testing, and engineering practices</li>
<li>Ability to learn and adapt technical approaches based on feedback and changing requirements</li>
<li>Interest in development processes and tooling, with some experience implementing improvements</li>
<li>Familiarity with testing frameworks across the stack and willingness to learn testing best practices</li>
<li>Strong written communication skills, especially around technical questions and status updates</li>
<li>Ability to maintain at least 4 hours of overlap with GMT+8 working hours</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with support</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience working in collaborative development environments</li>
<li>Interest in or experience with technical initiatives and process improvements</li>
<li>Open source contributions or personal projects that demonstrate technical growth</li>
<li>Experience building or contributing to systems in resource-constrained environments</li>
<li>Curiosity about system architecture and scalability challenges</li>
<li>Understanding of technical debt concepts and business impact considerations</li>
