 Lead, Inspire, and Grow with Nectar | Hiring Sales Manager

Location: Hybrid (3 days work from home, 2 days in the office)

Salary: RM13,000 - RM15,000/month (+ team-based commissions)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop: Build and empower a high-performing team of SDRs and AEs to exceed KPIs.
  • Sales Enablement: Design cold call scripts, email/LinkedIn templates, and client playbooks.
  • Training & Reviews: Conduct pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, and weekly training programs.
  • Strategic Execution: Collaborate with leadership to implement sales processes and strategies that drive performance.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and grow key customer accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction and retention.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of proven success in leading and managing sales teams in complex environments.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and growing team success.
  • Expertise in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and knowledge of sales methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
