### Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
- Manage content creation, including briefs, copywriting, visual direction, and coordination with creative partners

- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely rollout of initiatives

- Fluency in Japanese, Chinese, and English (spoken & written)

- Ability to manage campaigns and coordinate with regional teams across time zones
- Creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive problem-solver
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural awareness
- Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands industry
- Familiarity with social media platforms, KOL/influencer marketing, and paid media
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
