Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveying Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and project coordination within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Support quantity take-offs and measurement of construction works
- Help in evaluating contractor quotations and project costs
- Assist with contract documentation and progress claims
- Monitor project expenses and report any discrepancies
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Perform general administrative tasks related to QS functions

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn and able to work independently
