  RM12 per hour

Customer Support

• Assist in handling customer enquiries through email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Support customers with subscription, billing, and service-related enquiries.
• Help ensure customer issues are addressed professionally and promptly.

Issue Investigation & Resolution

• Assist in identifying and documenting customer issues.
• Work with internal teams to investigate and resolve service-related cases.
• Follow up on customer enquiries to ensure timely resolution.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
• Assist in preparing reports and updating operational documentation.

Service Testing & Quality Assurance

• Participate in testing service features and customer journeys.
• Help identify and report issues or areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback to enhance customer experience.

Service Monitoring & Improvement

• Assist in monitoring customer feedback and service performance.
• Support analysis of recurring issues and contribute improvement ideas.
• Help with operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Customer Operations, Product, Commercial, and Technical teams.
• Gain exposure to how different departments collaborate to deliver quality customer experiences.
