💼 What You’ll Do

Accounts

1. Handle daily accounting tasks like payments, collections, and bank reconciliation.
2. Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and financial statements.
3. Support procurement and basic logistics coordination.
4. Ensure records and processes follow company policies.
5. Organise and maintain proper filing and documentation.

Human Resources

1. Manage hiring activities – job ads, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Maintain accurate employee records and files.
3. Assist with payroll, leave tracking, and staff benefits.
4. Support employee engagement and basic HR matters.
5. Help with training coordination and general admin tasks.

Job Requirements

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage. 
• Proven experience in both HR and accounting functions is preferred. 
• Knowledge of HR practices including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, and benefits administration. 
• Proficiency in accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and financial record-keeping. 
• Ability to thrive in a young, vibrant, and dynamic working environment.
