Netregy is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our Finance &amp; HR Team. This unique role is designed for a professional who enjoys the intersection of people management and financial accuracy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of payroll, commissions, and staff benefits, ensuring that our internal operations run smoothly and remain compliant with local labor law, companies policies and statutory standards.

Key Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Payroll &amp; Statutory Management: Execute monthly payroll cycles, including the accurate calculation and timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Commission &amp; Claims Oversight: Calculate and verify sales commissions in alignment with Finance targets. Audit and process staff claims and reimbursements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Staff Benefits Administration: Manage the administration of medical applications, leave records, and attendance tracking via our internal systems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>HR Records &amp; Compliance: Maintain organized employee lifecycle documentation, from onboarding contracts to performance review filings.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Finance &amp; Admin Ad-Hocs: Assist the Finance department with administrative tasks or accounting-related ad-hoc projects as requested by management.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Operational Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the office and HR operations are aligned with company policies.</li>
</ul>
