Job Description

We’re looking for a driven, people-oriented Sales Development Manager to help us grow. If you love building relationships, hitting goals, and finding creative ways to connect with new clients, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Grow the Pipeline: Design and run your own lead generation game plan to help us hit our monthly and yearly goals.
  • Build Relationships: Reach out to key decision-makers, get to know their business challenges, and show them how we can help.
  • Stay Organized: Plan your own week and sync up with our marketing team to make the most of our latest promotions.
  • Close the Loop: Follow up with prospects, listen to what they actually need (and what their budget looks like), and find the perfect package for them.
  • Get Out There: Represent the company at events and networking meetups to make new friends and find new business opportunities.
  • Keep Growing: Stay curious! You’ll constantly sharpen your sales skills and become an expert on our products.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in the related sales field.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with CRM experience.
  • Hands-on, strategic, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage (spoken Mandarin preferred but not required).
