<div><strong>About The Job<br></strong><br></div><div>The Junior Event Manager role is an essential managing role which entails managing different stakeholders and coordinating departments, events, suppliers and participants to deliver quality experience!&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>These are some of the things you will have a hand in but not limited to:</div><ul><li>Client Consultation and Event Design&nbsp;</li><li>Event Preparation and Coordination&nbsp;</li><li>Client Relationship Management</li><li>Event Facilitation and Delivery</li><li>Post Event Reporting and Operations</li><li>Organisational Operations and Discussions</li><li>Team Management<br><br></li></ul><div><br></div><div><br>Tasks would be varied but not limited to:<br><br></div><ul><li>Planning, management, research, meetings, responding to customer's enquiries, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Research and understanding of Marketing strategy (inclusive of Events) and an ability to act as a spokesperson for these, ensuring events are aligned</li><li>Proactively ensuring all event engagements are executed to a high quality standard and within the agreed budgets</li><li>Actively implementing metrics to assist in showcasing event impact for business development, assisting to guide future strategy</li><li>Assisting with the management of individual event budgets in line with the overall events budget, seeking opportunities to minimise expenditure without compromising event quality</li><li>Liaising and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to plan and run events</li><li>Analysing data to inform future event activities, ensuring feedback is presented to Manager&nbsp;</li><li>Assisting with Marketing Dashboard reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinating various Marketing Campaign or Sponsorship activation events, where required</li><li>Ensuring events align with other marketing engagements</li></ul>
