Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Executive is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet business needs. This role involves developing hiring strategies, managing employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with department heads to ensure a seamless recruitment process. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about attracting the best talent to drive company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals).
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection.
  1. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Enhance employer branding through recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional networks.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  1. Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Recommend effective hiring strategies based on market trends and talent availability.
  • Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  1. HR Administration & Compliance
  • Ensure all hiring processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare employment offers and manage pre-employment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for HR analytics.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR systems such as Hiredly, Linkedin and Job street 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
