Job Description

 Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Help create content ideas, captions, and basic visuals/videos
• Schedule posts and monitor engagement (likes, comments, messages)

Content Creation

• Assist in photo/video shooting for products, events, or campaigns
• Edit basic images or videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.

Campaign & Promotion Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns or promotions
• Help prepare marketing materials (posters, banners, digital ads)
• Support event marketing (roadshows, exhibitions, online campaigns)

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct basic market research on competitors and trends
• Collect and organize customer feedback or survey data
• Assist in preparing simple marketing reports

E-commerce Operations

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms
• Monitor and process daily orders (including airway bills)
• Coordinate with warehouse for packing and delivery
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle issues
• Assist in stock updates and inventory coordination

Administrative & Coordination Support

• Assist in updating marketing calendars and content schedules
• Coordinate with design, sales, or operations teams when needed
• Support day-to-day marketing administrative tasks

Learning & Development

• Learn branding, customer behavior, and marketing strategies
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Gain hands-on experience in real marketing projects

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields
• Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin will be added advantage
• Applicants must be willing to assist even/bookfair located at any reacheable mall in Klang Valley
• 1-2 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 - 6 months
• Basic knowledge of photoshop is added advantage
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms Creative, willing to learn, and good communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Training provided
