Job Description

 Job responsibilities:

- Preparing financial documents such as credit note, official receipt, sending SOA
- Managing day to day transactions
- Sorting and filing financial documents and posting into proper accounts
- Recording office expenditures
- Assist administrative tasks
- Perform other job related tasks 


Job Requirements

 

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged, expericen is related experience will be added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
