Job Description
- Participate in meetings, seminars, and events to acquire knowledge about new products and services. - Compute premiums and set up payment options. - Update stakeholders on the progress of initiatives. - Manage bookkeeping systems, databases, and records. - Oversee insurance claims. - Ensure customer satisfaction with insurance coverage by meeting their expectations. - Stay informed about industry trends and new products and services through continuous education. - Comply with all policy requirements. - Assist clients in resolving their insurance claims. - Tailor insurance programs to meet the unique needs of individual customers. - Verify that policy requirements are met, including the completion of necessary forms. - Evaluate properties to assess their overall condition and determine insurance risk. - Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed to establish insurance policies. - Help customers accurately fill out insurance applications, acting as a liaison between them and the insurance company.Job Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Minimum requirement: 5 credits in SPM or a Diploma/Degree qualification.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and an outgoing personality.
- Must have own transportation and a valid driving license.
