Job Description

1.      Plan and arrange meetings with related departments concerning new product development so as to ensure related department understand and requirement acceptance.
2.      Plan, manage and follow up ongoing or progress of new product and trial run coordination so as to ensure layout, process and relevant documents are in order and meets operation requirement.
3.      Execute and monitor all documentation for new products such as specification, process layout and work instruction meet quality and operation requirement.
4.      Execute and provide technical support to production, quality assurance and purchasing so as to ensure operation problem are solved.
5.      Liaise, monitor and follow up with vendors (mould maker) on tool fabrication and component supplier to ensure meets development schedule and quality.
6.      Plan and execute continuously engineering ideas so as to ensure improved new product work flow and quality.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (for overseas liaison (China)).
