Job Description

• Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing & screening.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Source candidates through various channels such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure hiring processes are aligned with company policies and timelines

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with job portals such as JobStreet and LinkedIn
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work at Meru Klang, Selangor
