Job Description

•  Support training and development activities, including training coordination, scheduling, and preparation of training materials. 
• Assist in coordinating training programmes with employees, trainers, and relevant stakeholders. 
• Support training needs analysis by collecting and consolidating training requirements from departments. 
• Assist in maintaining training records, attendance, evaluation forms, and learning databases. 
• Assist in preparing training reports and dashboards to track participation and programme outcomes. 
• Support learning-related communications and engagement activities to encourage employee participation. 
• Assist with other L&D projects and initiatives to support the overall learning and development function.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
