Your role is the backbone that keeps orders flowing and production stable. You will ensure the right parts arrive at the right time, monitor vendor performance on price, delivery, quality and service, and coordinate daily with internal teams and external partners to prevent delays. Success looks like accurate purchasing data, healthy stock levels that match promotion plans, and timely reports that help the business make practical decisions.

• Improve vendor relationships and terms so procurement cycles shorten and product quality stays consistent.
• Streamline procurement routines to reduce stockouts and support on-time production and sales activity.
• Strengthen cross-functional coordination by sharing clear purchasing information with operations, sales and marketing teams.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Full-time position(s) available.
• Open for internship.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with suppliers from China/Taiwan.
