Internship Overview

The Sales & Business Internship is designed as a talent pool programme to support multiple business functions within the company.

We currently have three departments seeking interns, and successful candidates will be assigned based on their strengths, interests, and business needs. Interns who perform well during the programme will be strongly considered for conversion to permanent roles upon graduation.

This internship focuses primarily on sales and business operations, with exposure to customer handling, coordination, and commercial processes.

Internship Scope & Possible Assignments

Interns may be assigned to one of the following areas (assignment will be discussed during the internship):

1. Sales & Key Account Support

• Assist in handling customer enquiries and sales requests
• Support key account executives with order processing and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams on delivery schedules and customer requirements
• Prepare basic sales reports and documentation
   

2. Export & Business Operations Support

• Assist in export order coordination, shipment tracking, and documentation
• Support communication between sales, warehouse, and planning teams
• Ensure proper documentation in accordance with internal and ISO procedures
   

3. Product & Market Support (Secondary Exposure)

• Assist in collecting market, competitor, or sales-related data
• Support preparation of simple analysis, reports, or presentations
• Gain exposure to product information, pricing structure, and market positioning

Note: Interns are not required to perform all three roles. Assignment will depend on business needs and intern suitability.
 

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Students currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics, or related fields
•  Minimum CGPA of 3.0 
• Strong interest in sales, business operations, or customer-facing roles
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
