Job Description

• Support sales reporting by collecting, updating, and preparing sales data, reports, and dashboards for review. 
• Assist in monitoring sales performance, including sales targets, trends, and margins, and highlight key findings to the team. 
• Support order management by tracking customer orders, back orders, and open orders and updating relevant records. 
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and Logistics to follow up on order fulfilment and operational matters. 
• Support sales initiatives and campaigns by assisting with data preparation, coordination, and communication activities. 
• Assist in process improvement by maintaining accurate sales and customer data and identifying opportunities to improve sales operations efficiency.

Job Requirements

1.  Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Business Administration, International Business, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
3. Willing to work in Meru Klang, Selangor.
