Job Description

1. Generate, analyze, and prepare sales performance reports, dashboards, and business insights by customer, product, territory, and sales personnel to support decision-making. 
2. Monitor sales targets, sales trends, and margin performance, and provide recommendations or action plans to support the achievement of business objectives.
3. Manage customer orders, back orders, and open orders, while ensuring timely updates and effective communication with customers and the Sales team.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, and Logistics to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment. 
5. Support the execution and communication of company sales initiatives, strategies, promotional campaigns, and business development activities.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement, maintain accurate sales and customer data, and enhance overall sales operation efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Business Administration, International Business, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
3. Willing to work in Meru Klang, Selangor.
4. Ability to work well in groups and multitask.
5. Hybrid working arrangement.
