Job Description
- Assist in property market research and competitor analysis
- Support property listing management on online platforms
- Use AI tools to create property descriptions, ads, and marketing content
- Assist in generating and qualifying sales leads
- Follow up with potential clients and update inquiry status
- Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases
- Support digital marketing campaigns and social media content creation
- Participate in virtual property presentations and client meetings
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and sales materials
- Support automation tools and AI chatbot responses for customer engagement
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on daily tasks
- Track and analyze property market trends using AI tools
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration ,Marketing, Information Technology or related fields
- Strong interest in real estate and digital technology
- Basic understanding of AI tools and digital platforms
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team
