Job Description

• Assist customers by answering enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and email.
• Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic issues promptly.
• Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Update and maintain customer records in the company system.
• Support the team with administrative and customer service tasks.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (additional languages are an advantage).
• Friendly, positive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.
