About the Internship
*A creator-friendly, growth-ops focused on digital content and lead funnel
execution for new property launches. Work with our Sales Directors and
marketing team to drive show-room bookings.
Key Responsibilities
*Produce short-form content (Reels/TikTok), simple carousels, captions;
repurpose highlights from launches/site visits.
*Run lead capture funnels (QR forms/landing pages), manage WhatsApp
broadcasts with templates, and coordinate showroom tour bookings.
*Maintain CRM hygiene (tagging, notes, status updates) and weekly
dashboards (leads, bookings, show-ups).
*Support roadshows/booths (setup checklist, traffic flow, sign-ups); assist with
post-event reporting.
*A/B test hooks, thumbnails, CTAs, and posting times; share weekly learnings.Learning Outcomes
*Plan and execute a content-to-booking growth funnel.
*Hands-on proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets/Forms, CRM
basics.
*Understand PDPA and compliant customer-interaction boundaries in property
marketing.
*Build a measurable portfolio (content pieces, booking metrics, dashboards).
Supervision & Support
*Supervisor: Sales & Marketing Lead
*Weekly 1:1 check-ins + skills clinics (Canva/CapCut/CRM).
*Safety & PDPA briefing provided; clear escalation scripts to licensed team.
Candidate Requirements
*Comfortable with English & Mandarin communication (either one).
*Basic skills in Canva/CapCut; confident on IG/FB/TikTok/XHS.
*Detail-oriented, organized iand willing to support occasional weekend events.
