● Provide onsite Systems and Network support to clients on daily operations.

● Sharing of knowledge through technical documentation, knowledge-based articles and team sharing sessions.
● Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance service delivery.
● Training will be provided.
● Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
● Diploma or Degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. However, candidates with significant experience in the relevant field will also be considered in lieu of formal education.

● Minimum of 2-years of working experience in similar industry.

● Candidate must have a relentless attitude and take responsibility and ownership of customer problems, from start to resolution.
● Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE) are a plus.
