Job Description

As an HR Intern, you’ll be right at the heart of our people operations; supporting recruitment, strengthening workplace culture, and contributing to meaningful HR initiatives that help startups grow and succeed. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real exposure to how HR works in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to interview coordination 
• Assist in maintaining and improving HR databases, payroll records, and documentation
• Help with onboarding and employee engagement activities to create a great employee experience
• Join team discussions and contribute fresh, data-backed HR insights
• Provide administrative support to the HR team across various functions
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects that give you exposure beyond day-to-day HR operations

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace
