Job Description

As an HR Intern, you'll be at the heart of our people operations—supporting recruitment, enhancing workplace culture, and contributing to impactful HR initiatives that help startups scale successfully.

What You'll Do

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: from job posting to interview coordination
• Help manage and improve our HR database, payroll, and documentation
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Participate in team meetings and provide fresh, data-backed HR insights
• Supports the HR department on all related administrative tasks
• Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administrative, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication, proactive, & interpersonal skills (multi-tasking and time management)
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken
• A keen eye for detail and organization
• Proactive & Eager to Learn
