Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Rotate across key departments — HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Admin, and Operations — to understand how each function works
- Help prepare documents, reports, and other administrative materials.
- Support the management team with daily tasks and projects.
- Join meetings, trainings, and learning sessions to build your skills.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the CEO or team leads
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Students or fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Strong communication skills in English — both written and spoken.
- A positive, proactive, and team-player attitude.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and collaborate with others when needed.
- Any prior internship or work experience is a bonus!
